We are Hiring a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Bedford Orthopaedic Health Centre is a therapist owned and operated multidisciplinary clinic located in Bedford Nova Scotia serving the Halifax Regional Municipality for over 22 years. We currently have two experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and are looking to expand. We are seeking a new graduate or an experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our team. The open position is as an employee. We offer full administration and current flexible clinic management booking software. Position urgently needed to fill waiting list demands.

The case load consists of predominantly private pay clients of all ages, pre-natal/post-natal, incontinence, prolapse, ano-rectal disorders, painful intercourse, pelvic and perineal pain.

The candidate should have experience with manual therapy, exercise prescription and knowledge of pain science.
Therapists are eligible to schedule a maximum of two clients per hour for follow-up appointments including 90 minute initial consults with 30 to 45 minute follow-ups.
The position is part-time semi-Flexible with 10-15 hours per week initially available with an opportunity to increase. We offer competitive compensation that commensurate with experience and skill.

You Must Be:
- Motivated to grow your practice and accept referrals in an integrative setting
- Work well with other healthcare practitioners to grow referral network
- Participate in community events to promote your practice
- In good standing with Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists and must be an eligible member with a license from Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists (NSCP) or equivalent.
