BSKin, D.O.M.P. · Kinesiologist & Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Breeanna is a graduate of the five-year manual osteopathic program from the Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University. She has always wanted to pursue a career focused on helping others and making a difference in clients' quality of life.
Breeanna treats clients of all ages for a wide array of issues. She has a special interest in working with pregnant and postpartum women — osteopathy has been shown to help with pregnancy pelvic girdle pain and support the body as it adapts to changes during and after pregnancy.
In practice, Breeanna utilizes a variety of techniques including myofascial and soft tissue techniques, gentle joint mobilizations, cranial-sacral techniques, osteoarticular adjustments, and muscle energy techniques. She is committed to continued education to provide her clients with the best possible care.
In her spare time, Breeanna enjoys exploring the Maritimes, hiking with her husband and dog Happy, beachcombing, reading, visiting local coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to meeting you and working together toward your osteopathic goals.
