PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPY
Emily graduated from McGill University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology, before going on to complete her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2024. She is excited to begin her residency at BOHC, where she will be accepting patients of all genders for pelvic floor physiotherapy. During her residency, Emily will be working closely with experienced pelvic floor physiotherapist, Stella Roy.
Throughout her physiotherapy training, Emily has pursued additional post-graduate education in pelvic health, completing Pelvic Health Levels 1 and 2. She is committed to ongoing professional development and plans to further enhance her expertise in pelvic health, manual therapy, and functional dry needling through future courses.
Emily's treatment approach is centered on exercise and education, with a strong focus on helping clients achieve their individual goals. She is passionate about empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools they need to improve their health and well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys staying active by working out at the gym, swimming, playing squash with friends. She also enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and reading a good book. Emily will always be happy to accept any recipe or book recommendations!
